Irlen Syndrome Treatment
For over 25 years, the Irlen® Method has successfully helped people worldwide with the specific type of perceptual
processing problem known as Irlen Syndrome, which has a variety of symptoms.
Irlen Syndrome is not an optical problem. It is a specific type of perceptual problem that affects the way the brain processes visual information. The syndrome tends to run in families and is not identified by standard medical, psychological or education assessments.
Treatment is usually undertaken at Irlen Centres throughout the UK but for companies, Irlen diagnosticians can provide the treatments on business premises. For individuals, treatment can optionally be carried out in the home but there would be an additional price consideration for this.
There are two steps to treatment, both of which are non-invasive and many people only require the first step.
